Work With Me
I am available to give talks, workshops and masterclasses on writing. Venues I have previously spoken at include the British Library, Science Museum London, MCM ComicCon, Barcelona Festival 42, Cymera Festival, and Budleigh Salterton Literary Festival. I have worked with the universities of Exeter, Bath Spa, and Royal Holloway, in addition to designing and leading Curtis Brown Creative’s flagship Writing Fantasy course launched in October 2024. Writing Fantasy
Write a fantasy novel with layered storytelling, a fictional world as real and complex as our own, and characters you’d follow into battle. Whether you aspire to write high fantasy, romantasy, historical, mythic, or cosy fantasy, this high-level course will give you the tools and insights needed to construct original, engaging and believable narratives.
